ACGME Procedure Log

All residents are required to log their procedures via the on-line ACGME Procedure Log. When using the on-line system to log procedures, please remember that the chart MUST also have a copy of the procedure as well for documentation purposes.

The link for the website is: http://www.acgme.org/. Click on "Residents" at the top of the page, then click on "Login" under the Resident Case Log System section. For those who have forgotten or misplaced their User ID/password, please contact Bill Heath or Abhay Dandekar. Once logged in, click on "Case Entry" to add a procedure. Once on the Case/Encounter Entry screen, fill in the required fields. To designate the type of procedure, click on the "Search" button next to the Code field. This option will allow you to search for the type of procedure done (i.e. lumbar puncture, umbilical catheter). Once the log is completed, click on "Save" to save and submit your entry!"
