Ms. Ho began her academic and professional journey at Stanford University, where she received a B.A. in psychology, coordinated research on exercise and lipoproteins, and was appointed to start up the Health Improvement Program for faculty and staff. She has an M.A. in counseling psychology with specialization in exercise physiology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has an extensive background as a health educator, exercise specialist in private practice, and performing artist. Ms. Ho recently completed graduate work in the UCLA School of Public Health where she pursued her interest in using tools for mind-body healing as a vehicle for community empowerment and transformation. |
