About Our Clinic
Clinic Location
Our clinic is located at 200 Med Plaza on Westwood Blvd in Los Angeles. From the 405 freeway, it can be reached by exiting Wilshire East, then turning left on Westwood Blvd. About five blocks north are the Med Plaza buildings on the left. Turn into the plaza turn around to drop patients off. Parking is available on site for $7.

What to Bring to Clinic
